2 tricks to making pizza dough round!

Homemade pizza. Yum. No matter the shape, it's yum. It's yum when it's Vermont. Or California. Or Tennessee or Virginia or Texas or Michigan.

It's yum when it's round.

Want to make it round? There are 2 "tricks" that you might not be aware of.

  1. Dough is like a toddler. When it's not behaving well, it needs a nap. Tuck it in and leave it alone for 45 minutes or so.
  2. Think RADIUS, not DIAMETER. Roll from the center out, not across the ball.

Yes, that's it. A nap and some geometry* makes everything better.
