When my friend Shana posted this one in a group I'm running, I had to jump on it.
Is making hard "boiled" eggs in the oven always the way to go? No. I wouldn't turn on the oven just for this, for starters.
But if you're running the oven anyway, say for spaghetti squash or potatoes or a roast or casserole of some sort?
Add in some eggs. It's really that easy.
